Abi Stephens

Abi Stephens is a renowned TV Sports Broadcaster, Media Trainer and Leadership Performance Coach. She draws on her vast experience presenting live, in high pressured environments for channels including Warner Bros. Discovery, to support leaders in business to own their impact and influence. It is this lens and expertise that she brings into her coaching, be that 1-2-1's, highly practical workshops and notably, in her collaborations with others. IGNiTE, a female leadership programme, developed, designed and delivered in partnership with Anne Boisier-Fouche, has now ignited 120+ female talents to drive their careers forward with confidence, purpose and impact. An athlete herself, Abi has completed countless marathons; proof positive of her grit and determination to test herself off screen. She leans into this world, learning with and alongside elite sports people, to offer those she works with high performance practices that truly make a difference. As a result, clients say they are better equipped in executing their A Game in their real, moments that matter.

Abigail Hall

Abigail is a certified leadership and organizational coach and facilitator who takes a strong stand for radical self-acceptance and leading and living from a place of truth. From her own place of truth she inspires clients to embrace their own personal and professional quest for authentic leadership. With a 20-year plus background in pr & corporate communications as a consultant and manager, her contagious enthusiasm for increasing awareness within organizations & individuals led her to transition into coaching & leadership several years ago. In this last decade Abigail has impacted many people around the globe with her compassion, courage and ability to be with truth, mostly with a sense of lightness and humor. As a front of the room leader for CTI's Co-Active Coach Training, she also contributes to the growth of trained coaches as well as to the health and sustainability of organizations who adapt a coaching approach. As a strong believer in ‘giving back', she's on the Board of United World Coaches, an organization that provides pro bono coaching to employees of nonprofit companies in the humanitarian sector. Originally British, Abigail lives in the Netherlands with her two feisty teenage daughters, who help her in keeping it real.

Franziska Rizzolli

Franziska, a certified leadership and group coach, brings over 20 years of international corporate management experience, merging transformational coaching and facilitation skills. She excels in designing and leading programs for global organizations, focusing on authentic leadership and personal transformation. Clients appreciate her positive, empathetic, and authentic approach, creating a calm and safe space for exploration. In her corporate career, Franziska held leadership roles in digital media, banking, and tech, including founding two startups. Franziska is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Faculty of the Co-Active Training Institute, and holds certifications such as PCC, CPCC, Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, with training in Leadership Circle Profile, Positive Intelligence, Beneficial Thinking, and Neuroscience for Business. She earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Westminster Business School, London. Based in Munich with her family and labradoodle, Apple, she enjoys connecting with friends, family time, playing Bridge, and running with her dog while listening to podcasts.

Jeremy Blain

Jeremy is an award-winning international CEO, Non-Executive Director, digital leadership expert, and co-founder of the social enterprise, DiversITy-talent. Jeremy combines whole business transformation expertise and commercial success as an international CEO, with executive board director experience in the UK and Asia. He is also a corporate learning and human capital professional of over 25 years. Jeremy has operated on a global basis to launch successful businesses and to turn underperformance into excellence across most major markets in the world. This has included a seven-year period as CEO for an international consultancy company based in Singapore, operating from India to the Pacific.

Mohamed Khalid

Khalid has a proven track record of crafting visually appealing and intuitive websites that elevate brand identity and foster user engagement. His graphic design proficiency extends to creating compelling visual content for both digital and print mediums, ensuring cohesive and impactful brand messaging. In addition to his design expertise, Khalid possesses a solid background in application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. He is adept at identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless functionality, and maximizing user satisfaction. His ability to bridge the gap between design and technology allows him to create well-integrated and user-friendly solutions. Committed to staying current with the latest design trends and technological advancements, Khalid ensures that his work not only meets but exceeds industry standards. Rebecca Duffy-White

Rebecca has a background in project management, education, coaching and communications. She works as a copywriter, editor and copy-editor and publications designer, with expertise across a wide range of formats, from full-length books through to reports and social media. She specialises in policy, education, and business topics. She loves supporting organizations and authors with honing their message and content. Rebecca is also a Gallup-accredited strengths coach, and finds it incredibly rewarding to help individuals and teams optimise their capabilities. As a coach, she has many interests, including in careers, leadership and team development, and also works on process improvement projects, with the goal of helping people and organisations do what they already do well, only faster and more efficiently. Finally, she is currently writing a novel-length book, and finds the creative process very energising for the rest of her work.

Stephanie Tritsch

With over 18 years of experience in the field of PA and administration, Steph has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of businesses, from small enterprises to industry giants like L'Oréal, where she dedicated 12 years of her career. Drawing from this wealth of experience, Steph founded her own Virtual Assistant business two years ago.
