Craig is a finance executive experienced in a variety of "C" level executive roles within listed public and private companies including Group Treasurer for Daimler Chrysler Asia Pacific, Group CFO for Daimler Chrysler Finance Australasia, Group GM Finance for Linfox and CFO for Titan Holdings. Craig has a Master of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University, is accredited in Myers Briggs and DISC Personality Profiling and has extensive experience in human resources management. Craig has obsessive attention to detail and his financial analysis provides the basis for strategy development and business planning crucial to making any company investor ready. He is the Managing Director of Australian Financial Processing Services, a white label lending services provider to the Australian legal and accounting industry.

Craig Seymour - Chairman

Craig is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Practising Marketer with over 20 years of insolvency management, commercial strategy, business turnaround and consulting experience. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania, a Master of Marketing degree from Monash University, is a Graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course, was National Dux of the 1996 CPA Advanced Insolvency program and was named 2006 Tasmanian Marketer of the Year by the Australian Marketing Institute. He is currently studying towards a Juris Doctor (Master of Laws) degree. Craig started his career with Australia's leading insolvency firm in 1995 and has worked on over 400 insolvency, reconstruction and forensic investigation files and some 450 consulting files involving businesses across a broad range of industries and has held senior executive roles in businesses with turnover exceeding $600 million per annum. He has held Board level roles in private, public (both unlisted and ASX listed) companies, and on government bodies for special purpose projects. Craig's experience encompasses a variety of roles in both public and private sectors, in professional, commercial and franchise environments. He has particular expertise in hospitality, retail, wagering and racing, sport-related businesses, manufacturing and franchising. A lateral thinker, Craig has applied his skills to insolvency and turnaround engagements together with business development and private equity fund-raising engagements with equal success.

Mitchell Ball

Mitchell is a Certified Practising Accountant with over 21 years experience in corporate insolvency, reconstruction and advisory experience and has worked with a number of leading insolvency firms during his career. He has high level skills in investigating, analysing and reporting on business failures, collating and realising assets, identifying viable businesses and developing turnaround strategies and business sale programs. Mitchell is a Registered and Official Liquidator and is a Partner in BPS Recovery, an insolvency management firm of 3 Partners and 19 staff based in Sydney. Mitchell offers an experienced, pragmatic approach to all types of corporate engagements. He works closely with clients and other stakeholders with a committed approach to obtaining optimal outcomes throughout the restructuring and advisory process.

Prakash commenced his legal career at Freehills in Melbourne working in banking & finance and on large mergers, acquisitions and infrastructure projects. Prakash has held senior legal roles in both public ASX listed entities as well as private entities in Australia and overseas, together with senior commercial roles with various entities including the government funded Australian Stem Cell Centre. Prakash has experience in corporate restructures, acquisitions, capital raising, managing joint ventures, commercializing intellectual property, compliance and governance and, most importantly, securitisation and debt recovery.
