Al has Bachelor of Science Information Technology, from Strayer University Newington,VA. From 2009 until 2016, he was the General Electric IT & GSM Director Middle-East, North Africa and Turkey (MENAT). He was as well the CTO for GE North East Africa. Prior to that, He has worked in USA for more than 10 years with CNBC, NBC, NBCUniversal (a GE companies) as IT infrastructure, Server engineering End user computer Manager. Al is a US citizen married and blessed with five kids.He is fluent in English and Arabic. Al is based in Cairo office. .

Mrs. Deborah Lehr serves as the CEO of Basilinna, a strategic business consulting firm focused on China and the Middle East. In addition, she is the Vice Chairman of the Paulson Institute. Deborah previously built and managed two successful consulting businesses representing diverse Western and Chinese companies such as Sesame Workshop and Tory Burch. In addition, she served as Senior Advisor to the Chairman and CEO of Merrill Lynch and was a partner at Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw Deborah also served in the U.S. Government where she was a lead negotiator for China's WTO Accession at the U.S. Trade Representative, a Director of Asian Affairs at the National Security Council, and involved in export control and trade policy issues at the Department of Commerce. Deborah is a founder and serves as Chairman of the Antiquities Coalition, focused on fighting against the looting of cultural heritage by organized crime and terrorist organizations. Deborah has lived and studied around the world, including China, England, France, and Germany. Dr. Al-Fatih has Ph.D. in Management and Administration from Alzaiem Alazhari University - Khartoum, MA in Management and Business Administration from Neilen University - Khartoum, and BSc Information System from Bayan collage of Science & Technology - Khartoum. He started his career with Schlumberger where he occupied managerial positions in Logistics & Procurement and government affairs. In 2010, Dr. Al-Fatih moved to Dubai to hold key leadership positions at Expresso Telecom Group - DIFC- Dubai and White Empala General Trading LLC- Dubai. In 2015, he was appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Middle East and Africa at ONEm Communications LTD - UK - Dubai Branch. Dr. Magdi is a Sudanese citizen. Since 1992, she is the general manager & Chief dentist in her private dentistry clinic in Tunis. In 2014 she became the North Africa technical director for training with Champion Implant. Gamal El Bannan

Mr. Gamal El Bannan has more than 33 years of international and local experience in oil & gas field. Gamal had several positions in multinational companies. Gamal graduated in 1984 from Cairo University, Faculty of Science, Geology Department. Gamal started with Baker Hughes as a geologist & pressure engineer for 9 years. Worked in drilling bits with ReedHycalog, Schlumberger and Smith international for more than 15 years. Nezar has gained vast international experience in Mergers and acquisitions in different business sectors in the Middle East and Africa. He Also was the Business Advisor for Intel, Microsoft and Vodafone and other multinational companies in North Africa. He was the CEO for Gartner in the Arab countries. He was the Consul General for Kingdom of Morocco in Alexandria. In addition, he was appointed Ambassador for the Disarmament Commission, acting as Commissioner for African countries, has was also a Council for International Cooperation to the Chairman of the Arab Labor Organization. As well as being founder and board member of the High Commission for Trade between Morocco and Egypt. Nezar was also a member in the Monitoring election team between Indonesia and East Timor in 1999 and between Eritrea and Djibouti during 2000, in matters related to border disputes. He has been recognized by The Egyptian Arbitration Syndicate as an "Interactional Council, and a leading figure in the field of mediation" due to his understanding of the different economical, financial and political aspects including other pressures facing the parties, and quickly assessing the strengths and weaknesses of any case' He is listed in the Egyptian International Arbitration Center, EIAC, as an international arbitrator and mediator, under license number 1164. Reda graduated in 1975 from Alexandria University, Egypt. He holds a BSc in Geology/Geophysics. In 1976, Reda started his career in Africa and Europe with Conoco and then Western Atlas as Senior Geophysicist & Seismic interpreter. In 1990, he joined Schlumberger for an international career that took him all over the middle east. During he is 14 years career with Schlumberger, he served in different technical, sales, marketing and managerial positions. After Schlumberger, Reda served as Africa and Middle East Region manager for TGS-NOPEC & Guide Geoscience Technologies, ION Geophysical Co. / INOVA Geophysical Co and IHS / (SMT) Seismic Micro Technology companies. Sofiane Ben Tounes has more than 23 years of international career over the five continents in Energy, infrastructure projects and top executive managerial positions with large size blue-chip western companies. He is the Chairman & CEO of Oscar Infrastructure Services. Sofiane graduated in 1994 from the polytechnic institute of Grenoble, France. He holds an Engineering degree in physics with major in instrumentation and minor in nuclear physics and a Master in Signal Processing. He also holds a BSc in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science from Joseph Fourier University in 1993. Sofiane started his career with TOTAL as an R&D geophysicist. He worked for 17 years with Schlumberger all over the globe and carried several responsibilities in engineering, R&D, Sales, Business development, operations, safety & security and executive management. His last positions with Schlumberger were VP & General Manager for Schlumberger Iraq and then Sudan. In 2011, Sofiane joined General Electric as President & CEO for all businesses in North East Africa. In this position, he masterminded, structured the financing and executed successfully mega national infrastructure projects in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya. He executed successful projects in several infrastructure domains such as Power, water, healthcare, transportation, Oil & Gas and renewables. During his 5 years with GE, he managed to increase the company revenue with zero security incidents in the high risk zones of his geographical area of operations. In April 2016, Sofiane founded OSCAR Infrastructure Services, a company headquartered in Egypt with branches in Dubai, Tunisia, Morocco, Sudan, Jordan and Libya, operating all over Africa and the Middle East specialized in providing project development & execution and consultancy & engineering services in Power & Water, O&G, Renewable Energy and Healthcare.
