Adrian Banning

Dr Dimitrios Terentes-Printzios (Research Fellow) worked and did research in hypertension and cardiovascular disease recording more than 50 full-length publications with an H-index of 17 and almost 1000 citations. During this period, he concluded his Ph.D. thesis on vascular aging (CRAVE study) and he was granted access to analyse large multicentre studies (SPRINT trial). In addition, he co-organized multicentre studies (PHAETHON), contributed to the reference values for central blood pressures and performed meta-analyses that were included in the recent Guidelines. He was awarded the Paul Dudley White International Scholar award at 2018 and 2019 AHA Scientific Sessions and 2 times the Best Poster award in ESC congresses. He became a cardiologist in 2018. He has been training since in the Cath Lab of the Oxford Heart Centre as a fellow in Interventional Cardiology.

Dr Giovanni L. De Maria

Dr Rafail Angelos

Currently reading DPhil in Medical Sciences at University of Oxford researching into novel applications of cardiac MRI in acute myocardial infarction.

Peter Manley

Prof Keith Channon

Robin Choudhury

Robin Choudhury is Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine in the University of Oxford, Clinical Director of the Oxford Acute Vascular Imaging Centre and Honorary Consultant / Interventional Cardiologist at the John Radcliffe Hospital and University of Oxford. He leads a research group that focuses on the characterisation and targeted modification of inflammation in vascular disease. He is Principal Investigator of the TriPartite Immunometabolism Consortium [TrIC] and has lead clinical trials in the fields of cholesterol modification and inflammation. He is co-Lead for the Cardiovascular Theme of the NIHR Oxford Biomedical Research Centre and Chair of the Atherothrombosis Clinical Study Group of the British Cardiovascular Society.
