Paul J. Toti Land Surveying is a Professional Corporation located in the Town of Gatesville NC. Originally founded in 2004 and in operation through 2011 when the company was purchased by Bowman Consulting Group, a Chantilly VA Company. In late 2014 the decision was made to re-open Paul J. Toti Land Surveying. PTLS has an every day service area which includes Gates, Hertford, Bertie, Chowan, Camden, Perquimans, Pasquotank and Martin Counties; as well as the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Our service area also includes South Eastern Virginia. PTLS will always consider projects outside of the above mentioned area if it makes sense for all parties involved... Paul J.Toti Land Surveying offers old school knowledge using today's modern technology. We specialize in ALTA, Boundary, topographic surveys and construction staking services.
