Adrianna Slavik

Adrianna Slavik has a Bachelor of Science in Administrative Management and is currently pursuing her MBA with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. Adrianna was drawn to Human Resources as a career path through an undergraduate Organizational Behavior course. She is intrigued by employee psychology and specifically how different workstyles can come together, be fostered in the workplace, and produce a great work environment/culture. Adrianna began her career with People Solutions Center in March 2021 as an intern then moved into an HR/Recruiting Coordinator role in 2023. She has assisted with high volume and specialty recruiting resume reviews, passive talent sourcing, phone screening, interview scheduling, and managing Indeed sponsorship & postings. She has assisted with several HR projects including editing employee handbooks, focus group observation & summaries, benefits enrollment administration, and DiSC administration. She has also worked 3 years seasonally for the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce, helping to organize and facilitate their yearly summer concert series. This work has included coordinating vendors, networking, and providing customer service to members. Adrianna grew up in Saint Louis, MO, and currently resides there. Outside of work, she enjoys baking with her grandma and spending time with family, hiking with her dog, playing soccer, and snowboarding.

Catherine Proulx

Catherine Proulx is a talented human resource professional dedicated to helping connect people with the benefits, resources, and opportunities that meet their needs. A natural problem-solver, Catherine is equally happy working with organizations to design attractive and cost-effective benefit and compensation plans, researching the latest ways to keep employees happy and companies compliant, or writing communications about the latest HR developments. She knows that there is no cookie-cutter solution that will apply to every client - HR solutions have to be customized to the needs of the specific organization. Catherine earned her undergraduate degree at Truman State University, followed by a Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law. She was drawn to the HR field by the ability to have a direct impact on businesses of all sectors and sizes. After primarily working in the architectural, engineering, and construction industries for many years, Catherine joined the People Solutions Center team in 2019. In her free time, Catherine enjoys running, hanging out with her two dogs, spending time with family, hiking, reading, watching movies, and traveling whenever possible. She is also a passionate volunteer in the St. Louis community. These experiences have included advocating for women's issues and fundraising for stray rescue initiatives. Jasmine White

Jasmine White is a Recruiting Consultant with 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for the healthcare, nonprofit, financial, and tech sectors before joining People Solutions Center in May 2022. She began her career in a healthcare staffing agency, then transitioned into corporate recruiting, RPO, as well as the contract recruiting space where she recruited for companies such as Amazon and American Express. Throughout her career, she has filled a wide variety of roles from entry level to executive level. She also has experience in sourcing talent through in-person and virtual job fairs, networking events, and on-campus career fairs at universities. Jasmine feels especially connected to her work in the nonprofit sector and this has been a huge part of her life. Personally, she has spent 20 years working with nonprofits such as the Native American Connection in Arizona. One of her biggest accomplishments was while working for Southwest Key Programs, she managed 5 programs in 3 states, helping to staff shelters for immigrant and refugee children who came into the United States without guardianship. Here she hired for VPs, teachers, RNs, program directors, grant writers, youth care workers, maintenance staff, etc. In December 2021, Jasmine received her grant writing certification and plans to continue working with nonprofits. Originally from the west suburbs of Chicago, she moved to Flint, MI as a teenager and attended the University of Michigan-Flint. She later spent several years in the Phoenix, AZ area before relocating back to Chicago where she currently resides. Jasmine loves spending time outdoors in nature which includes hiking trails, fishing, and spending time with her pups. She also loves outdoor gardening, especially planting flowers for her grandmother. Jasmine has a passion for helping people, which is what lead to her career in recruiting. As a Recruiting Consultant at People Solutions Center, she loves building relationships with clients and candidates, and helping clients to create a process and plan to be successful in their recruiting efforts.

Katie Magoon - Founder, President

Katie Magoon founded People Solutions Center in 2016 to help companies with their growing HR concerns. She is passionate about relieving the tension and time that companies spend dealing with issues that create stress in the workplace and lower productivity. Having been employed as an HR specialist with large companies such as Progressive Insurance, Commerce Bank, and Winston & Strawn, she knows first-hand the detriment of internal employee struggles, leadership and training issues, and turnover. Katie not only excels at traditional HR solutions - she is also an expert in recruitment and leadership development, offering top-notch workshops and training programs. Katie has over 20 years of in-depth and varied human resources experience. She spent 15 years at Progressive Insurance, a Fortune 100 company, as a Human Resources Manager, Recruiting Process Leader and Recruiting Director. Katie brings a strong track record of collaborating with clients to develop results-driven strategic solutions, achieving business goals, and ultimately increasing profits. Her undergraduate degrees in business and psychology, coupled with an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, allow her to relate human resource strategies to the bottom line. Katie is passionate about volunteering across a variety of non-profit organizations. She has held several leadership positions with the Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity including National Professional Development Committee Chair, National Alumni Development Committee Chair, and Trustee of the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation. With SHRM of Greater St. Louis, she has served as VP of Development, Annual Conference Chair, and a member of the Programs Committee. Katie has also served as a Board Member and Chairman of the Board for the Northwest Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, Katie loves to run and has completed more than 22 marathons. Other hobbies include traveling and hiking with her husband.

Keith Pott

Keith Pott is a Business Development Specialist with over 30 years of Sales and Customer Success experience. For more than 10 years he has been directly involved in selling HR-related technology and services including: Recruiting, Onboarding, Electronic I-9s, Paperless Payroll, Unemployment Tax Management, Career Transition Services, and Leadership Development. Keith joined People Solutions Center in 2022. Leaving Software as a Service provider to get back into the HR space where he enjoys working with clients to help them find and manage their greatest asset, their people. Keith is a native of Colorado but moved to St. Louis during his sophomore year of high school and has been here ever since. Married with 3 grown children, he enjoys spending time with his family, doing DIY projects around the house, riding his bicycle, and playing golf when he gets the chance. Keith has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and a Master's Degree from Webster University.

Mary Ann Dobbins

Recruiting Administrative Assistant Mary Ann Dobbins started her career in recruiting then moved into the health and wellness area spending the last 20 years working as a manager and instructor at the college level. Working part-time at People Solutions Center, Mary Ann enjoys making initial connections with potential candidates to help them find the best next step in their careers. She supports the PSC team and our clients by assisting with resume reviews, passive sourcing/prospective talent outreach via LinkedIn, Indeed & Zip Recruiter, and assisting on projects as needed. Mary Ann lives near Cleveland, Ohio. She is a sports fan supporting Dayton Basketball and all the Cleveland teams, especially the Guardians.

Sara McCartney

Sara McCartney is driven by providing an exceptional candidate experience. She understands that the job search isn't an easy process - for either candidate or hiring managers - and prides herself on providing a positive and impactful experience to each candidate from initial contact through the date of hire and beyond. As a dedicated Talent Advisor, with nearly a decade of focused experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Sara loves interviewing and specializes in behavioral interviews. She loves hearing the stories that candidates share in the interview process and teaching hiring managers how to utilize behavioral interviewing to identify the right talent for their teams. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature at the University of Oregon, Sara joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car in their renowned management training program and worked her way up into a management role. Managing her own teams is an experience she's carried with her into recruiting and talent development; she strongly believes in putting herself in the hiring manager's shoes and prides herself on identifying candidates she would be proud to have on her own team. During her time at Enterprise, Sara returned to school online to obtain her Master's degree. Sara is driven by a desire to always learn and grow which led her down the path of Talent Development and Training Design, and she has also held several roles as a Training Designer and Facilitator in addition to her management and recruiting experience, making her a well-rounded Talent Advisor. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and loves creating inclusive recruiting processes and developing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool to the positions she supports. Sara lives in Springfield, Oregon where she enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, and fishing, with her family and pets. She obtained her SHRM-CP in January of 2022 and describes herself as a lifelong learner who loves helping people find their dream job and helping clients find their next long-term employee!

Stacey Starr

Stacey takes great pride in providing exceptional service and is committed to building trusted relationships with clients, partners, teammates and vendors. Stacey is passionate about implementing process, within her team and for clients. She is always focused on raising the bar, driven to improve systems, resources, efficiency, and make data-driven decisions. She started her HR career in the Human Resources Service Center and moved into a Leave/Disability Specialist role. She then found a home in the Recruiting organization for 10 years. She worked as both a Recruiter/Talent Advisor & Sourcer, experienced in both high volume and specialized (IT & Corporate) hiring. She moved into a specialist role in Recruitment Marketing where she managed the vendor relationships and large contract recruitment marketing spend for the entire organization as well as serving as project manager for the company's diversity recruiting initiative. In this role, she became an SME for the organization regarding tools and techniques to attract talent and make data-driven decisions. Stacey joined People Solutions Center in 2020 first as an HR Consultant/Talent Advisor then moved into the Operations Manager role in 2022. In this role, she has a focus on training & mentoring, resource management, systems & process management, analytics, and recruitment marketing. Originally from Northeast Ohio, Stacey has made Seattle, WA her home. She loves spending time with her family, exploring the Pacific Northwest, taking her son to Disney, and traveling as much as possible. Working alongside the passionate, fun team of professionals at People Solutions Center to make a daily difference for our clients is what makes her job fulfilling each and every day.
