Lake Erie is an essential ecological and economic resource threatened by recent recurrence (or enhancement) of central basin hypoxia and western basin harmful algal bloom (HABs). This is a NOAA-funded collaborative project that brings together scientists and stakeholders in Western Lake Erie and the Great Lakes Basin to advance knowledge about the effectiveness of agricultural best management.
