I have over 25 years experience in the field of rail safety, having worked at the State of Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Railroads. My duties were to analysis railroad crossings for any safety needs. This can range from crossing signal upgrades to new crossing necessity, to closure of an existing crossing... Crossing closure analysis: I will provide a complete analysis and report of a rail crossing for potential closure. I will meet with local officials, and present my testimony before the OCR for a final determination on closure.
