Our business started in 2001 by fixing bbq chicken for the first time for a family members birthday. We soon found ourselves fixing chicken every weekend for non-profit organizations to help them raise money. In 2005 we started catering. We saw our business slowly growing. Then in 2010 we bought our first concession trailer, that opened a new window of opportunities for us. This gave us the ability to go to different events and share our bbq. Four years later we already out grew the first trailer and upgraded to our new trailer today. Our catering business was still growing! We wondered where this road was going to lead us. In 2015 we had the opportunity to really expand the company. Our good friends at Creekside Plain & Fancy was ready to retire. They approached us about purchasing their place in Edinburg.
