The Grading Company is a division of Dudley Construction & Remodeling, Inc. Richard Dudley is the Class A Contractor managing these family businesses. He started in residential construction in 1972, and began building custom homes on his own in 1984. One of his biggest concerns for his homes was the grading and site work. Richard knew then that the ground was just as important as the foundation that the house is built on... By expanding our scope of work to include grading we have been able to improve overall customer satisfaction, prevent drainage problems and correct problems for new customers.
