The Lotus Company offers waterproofing, restoration, and building maintenance services to building owners, construction companies, and property managers. We work with customers to assess their needs and expectations... Lotus Cleaning Co. was established in 1999 specializing in high-rise window cleaning and stone restoration. We have proudly served Nashville, Middle Tennessee, and the Southeast Region ever since. In 2009 we added waterproofing as a service to our customers. To better serve our current and future customers we've re-branded as the Lotus Company, LLC. With two separate divisions, we now offer specialized services in the waterproofing industry, along with our high-rise and commercial services.
