Amy Mayka had over 15 years of strategic management, finance, and human resource experience with large corporations such as MassMutual before pursuing her own entrepreneurial role. Following her school-age passion, Amy successfully branded and ran her own competitive cheerleading gym where her athletes competed in and won national championships up and down the east coast. After the sale of her business, Amy's unique background in planning and managing cross-functional business operations offered her an easy transition into small business consulting. It was not until 2017 that Amy accepted the position of Partner at the ROI Group where her focus is on Client Services, Compliance, and Business Development. Amy Mayka offering a rich mix of business development and strategic management for today's entrepreneurs.

Joseph Platyan

Rick Diamond

Rick Diamond was born with an entrepreneurial mindset. While attending Villanova University, Rick started his first apparel company. After 17 years building and selling two companies, Rick was recruited into the wealth management industry, taking a Vice President position with AllianceBernstein in 2005.

Sarah Thim

From a very young age, Sarah Thim was a leader, a coach, and everyone's go-to-girl. Whether it was directing her own plays or teaching "students" in her make-believe classroom, she always wanted to help people and make positive impacts on the lives of her friends and family. Early in Sarah's career with a financial firm that focused on business owners, she became intoxicated by the gratitude shown by her clients when they were able to execute financial plans that could benefit themselves and their families. She gained tremendous experience in the areas of insurance and protection, taxes, business operations, and more. Today, Sarah is able to continue this mission of service on a day-to-day basis at The ROI Group, where she helps families understand their finances and ultimately arms them with the tools they need to make sound financial decisions. Sarah is also heavily involved with her family. She spends her free time with her four children who make her smile and laugh every day. On the weekends, you can find her in on a horse farm, at a flea market, or at one of her kid's sporting events.
