Katharine Barton is the Director of Change at Work. She has over 25 years of organisation design and change management experience gained during her time working at Rolls-Royce and Honeywell.
She has a thorough and thoughtful approach - focused on delivering real value and sustainable business outcomes.
Katharine holds a masters degree is Organisation Development and Consultancy from Sheffield Hallam University. She is an Associate Academic at the University of Derby Open Learning and a visiting Lecturer at Lancaster University. She is a qualified coach and member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is also an Executive Trustee of IPA, the Involvement and Participation association.
