After obtaining Bachelor's Degrees; BSc(Hons) and BArch(Dist) from The Welsh School of Architecture, Cardiff, and gaining recognition in the Building Design's top 100 Graduates, Ian then finalised his professional studies with a Post Graduate Diploma in Architect at the University of Westminster in 2002... Ian continued his Architectural career in London, with Gardner Stewart Architects to the level of Associate. Working on notable award-winning large-scale residential and mixed-use projects... Ian then joined OPEN architecture in Sevenoaks where he became a director of the practice, and was responsible for the concept design, planning approval, and delivery on-site during the construction period.
