Frances was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2010 and she has more than 12 years' legal worker experience in civil litigation, private clients, business law and arbitration work. Frances has also represented various local authorities in the UK in the specialist legal area of child protection work; she has worked with Birmingham City Council, Leicestershire County Council, Derbyshire County Council, Nottinghamshire County Council, Bedfordshire City Council, Leicester City Council and Gloucestershire County Council.Frances is also very passionate in alternative dispute resolution work, and she is the Founder of the Arbitration and Mediation Society of Uganda. She is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a member of Africa Arbitration Association. Frances is also a member of the East Africa Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.
