Adam began working in transportation through an apprenticeship scheme upon leaving school and has racked up 15 years knowledge and experience in the industry, working in many different departments at Courier Logistics. He was grateful to receive two nominations whilst working there, attending both the junior business awards at Ponds Forge, Sheffield and the young achiever's awards at Magna, Rotherham, which were in praise of his hard-work and dedication, going that extra mile within the workplace.

As a creative, Andrew has spent nearly three decades working in the design sector specialising in digital design and marketing. He has worked with Paul since 2016, designing and implementing the IFS brand and being responsible for developing the website and other digital media.
In 2021 Andrew was given the opportunity to join the IFS team to further develop the company's digital marketing, as well as help out with the Freight consultancy services.

John has had a lengthy career in all aspects of freight forwarding since the early 70's. His career in freight forwarding began 2 years earlier, whilst working in Chesterfield as a sales clerk for an engineering company. Duties in the sales department included arranging shipping of overseas orders by sea freight predominantly. John always felt that the experience gained working in industry was the grounding needed for his next employment involved with freight forwarding.
"Paul has been involved with Logistics and International Freight Forwarding for over twenty years. He helped establish Courier Logistics to become one of the largest courier companies in the region before forming International Freight Solutions in 2016.
Paul says "whilst nothing is ever guaranteed in transport, the biggest buzz I get is arranging a shipment from start to finish, fulfilling the client's requirements and dropping them a line to confirm the delivery is complete.
