Company founder Hannah Clilverd, MSc, MBPsS CPBP, launched HMC Consultancy Services in 2017 after gaining a decade of industry experience working as a Psychologist within a global Human Performance Company. ​ Specialising in Occupational Psychology, with particular expertise in high-risk and safety-critical roles (including Pilots and Aviation personnel, Armed Police and Specialist Military) Hannah's expertise includes both the design and delivery of bespoke, evidence-based assessment systems and tools, in addition to follow on developmental solutions and support. With experience working worldwide for a global client-base, Hannah understands it is imperative to get selection decisions right, as well as appreciating the demands of managing multi-site assessment campaigns, cross-cultural sensitives and adapting dynamically to situational demands. ​
