Ashley entered the property industry in 2002, becoming a highly regarded estate agent for his conscientious approach to helping people move. His career includes winning regional awards for exceptional success within a Home Counties corporate brand and now as co-owner of your local agency, Roots Estate Agency. Ashley grew up in Newbury and has lived in Thatcham for 15 years with his wife and children. His weekends are mostly spent enjoying the great outdoors, rugby and motorsports.
Craig is a talented estate agent whose abilities have earned him the top place of many league tables within a corporate group. His emphasis on customer service has built a remarkable reputation in and around the local area. Craig's impressive career began in 2002 and continues in his old home town of Thatcham as co-owner of Roots Estate Agency. He now lives in more rural surroundings with his wife and their two girls and enjoys long walks, or runs, with the family dog.
Georgia joined Roots in 2020, carrying out viewings competently and with a great emphasis on Customer Service. She has lived in the outskirts of Newbury from an early age where she spends her free time riding out on her horse and walking her dogs. Georgia has a keen interest in home improvements and is a highly skilled plumber!
Jacky is a valuable member of the Roots team since she started in 2017, handling customer contact proficiently and maintaining the business administration competently. Jacky has earned many years of knowledge within the industry at some of the most recognisable brands in the Newbury and Thatcham area. Outside of Roots, Jacky enjoys spending time with her family and has a keen interest in interior design.
Leanne, during her 22 years working with local Estate Agents as a Mortgage Advisor has picked up a wealth of experience in branches across Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire. In her free-time she enjoys time with friends and family and is always happy to throw a party or family get together. Leanne's weekend workout involves the weekly supermarket sweep or a shopping spree to Gun Wharf, followed by a glass of wine by the sea……. perfect.
