Elaine looks after the administration and financial side of the business. She has experience in many aspects of business being self-employed for a number of years. Additionally, Elaine has a degree in Post-Compulsory Education & Training, being fully qualified with over 15 years' experience teaching IT skills to adults from beginners to Level 3. Elaine offers short courses using Microsoft applications as part of the company's training opportunities.

Rob has over twenty years' experience of managing Health, Safety and the Environment from a line manager's perspective, in an Upper Tier COMAH site that belongs to the global stainless steel manufacturer, Outokumpu. Over the years he has researched, developed and implemented systems and procedures in order to satisfy the requirements of the Competent Authority, because he couldn't find any local consultant who could assist. In addition as one of Outokumpu Group's Senior Professionals, he has been heavily involved in defining their safety strategy and safety leadership programme over the last few years and has been the Safety Advisor to the UK Board of Directors.
