Paul Robinson - COO

A senior leader experienced in military and commercial environments. Operationally focused and commercially savvy, with particular expertise in maritime and defence domains from BD through to complex portfolio delivery. An innovative and dynamic self-starter accustomed to working at Board level drawing on strong interpersonal skills and extremely well-honed Customer Relationship Management qualities. Proven breadth as a communicator and consensus builder across an extensive range of customers and stakeholders.

Steve Sandy

Steve is a Qualified trainer for SeaWays module 1, 2 & 3 Trainer courses and Effective Use of Tug course for Pilots and navigators. To date he has completed training for over 230 Tugmasters through the Module 1, 2 & 3 coursework and Pilot training courses. Steve was involved from the design stages of the simulator and all the the tug models used through live onboard data gathering. This involved 30 hours of detailed manoeuvres performed live and then recreated on the tug models themselves. Steve has spoken many times at industry conferences on training of Tugmasters and simulation techniques around the world. He is currently working on the human elements of Tugmaster through different situations and how best we can manage the human element within our industry. Steve has held the posistion as Mate and Master on Voith, Twin screw, ASD & ATD tugs servicing the UK Royal Navy throughout the UK.
