Charlotte has over 30 years' experience leading recruitment businesses and teams across a broad range of roles and specialisms, and is excited to now be running the Pulse Nursing business. Charlotte has a proven track record in business transformation and strategic growth, as well as candidate journey expertise, client development, strategic account management, opening up international markets and directing large resourcing teams.
With many years' experience working in healthcare, Charlotte views success on the strong strategic and professional relationships she builds with clients and teams alike.
Claire joined Pulse over 11 years ago as a contracts coordinator, having 15 years' worth of experience in recruitment. She quickly progressed to regional director and is now responsible for managing the operations teams. Claire ensures that all nurses are given the opportunities to work in their preferred locations, offered the relevant training to keep them up to date and compliant, and that each and every one is fully supported throughout the recruitment process. She also assists her team to make sure that urgent client requests are responded to quickly, and that shifts are filled efficiently with the highest quality of healthcare professional.

Emma joined Pulse in 2013 as a recruitment assistant and progressed to a senior recruitment consultant within the Doctors Acute division. In 2021, after working closely with doctors and clients for almost a decade, she moved into a content creation role supporting international and UK doctors through all stages of their careers.
Delivering the highest level of customer service is a core value for Emma; she takes pride in delivering with integrity. She describes her favourite part of the role as working with people from all over the world, both internally and externally, and learning more about their purpose and goals.

Client Relationship Manager, Gary, joined Pulse in 2015. He works closely with partner clients and services across the NHS, Private and Third sectors to help deliver the right solutions to their workforce pressures. Having developed a thorough, in depth knowledge of Pulse Mental Health's specialist divisions, Gary's focus is to ensure we provide all of our clients with the right support, exactly when needed.
Delivering the highest level of customer service is of paramount importance to Gary and his Client Relations and Account Management teams. The aim being to develop an unprecedented understanding of our clients by providing an open forum to discuss feedback, future plans, observe service trends and potential needs, resulting in stronger working relationships and a premier service to all.
Starting as a recruitment consultant in 2007, Gemma has taken on a variety of roles. She moved across to compliance in 2011 and has led that team since 2017.
With experience in both sales and compliance, Gemma has a robust understanding of the full recruitment process. As part of her role, Gemma works closely with the clinical governance team and NHS frameworks to ensure each candidate's journey through onboarding and compliance is as smooth as possible.

Kelly joined Pulse in 2012 as recruitment consultant having previously worked in retail. She found the transition to her first office environment surprisingly easy, a fact she attributes to having an excellent mentor, as well as thriving in the active sales environment. Over her 8 years at Pulse she has progressed through the ranks to team leader, business manager and now Recruitment Business Director. Kelly is also the champion for Viewpoint, our experience management programme. She plays a vital role in driving Pulse to become a fully customer centric organisation.

Michelle has over 30 years experience in the recruitment industry working at strategic level in Client Development & Operational Management across all sectors but started her career in Health & Social Care in January 2018. She likes to give the best customer service possible to ensure she builds strong client and candidate relationships.

Natalie has 15 years' worth of experience within the healthcare industry and is a specialist at developing new business (critical care and chemotherapy in particular). She began her career with Pulse in 2005 as a trainee recruitment consultant, and since then has progressed to become a senior business manager. Natalie's role includes managing the south regional nursing acute and on-call teams, and she makes it her business to ensure that excellent customer service is delivered every time.

Stephen has 15 years of healthcare experience, joining the business in 2008 as a recruitment consultant, and quickly progressing into management in 2012 as Regional Sales manager. With 7 years as operations director, a wealth of experience and knowledge of working with all national frameworks, meeting SLA agreements with all clients and managing attrition and recruitment solutions. Stephen is responsible for the division's strategic direction and management of the Temporary and Permanent Sales Divisions including accountability for; the improvement of existing systems and policies, identifying improvement areas, and implementing systems to boost the company's effectiveness. Stephen is known for being approachable, and desire to help others. With an innovative approach, supporting with problem-solving, driving a clear vision with our clients with authenticity, and focus.
Tina has over 20 years' experience in recruitment, with the past 12 years being in the healthcare sector. She joined Acacium Group in November 2013 and spent her first five years in our managed services division, Bank Partners, where she led the recruitment and compliance teams for NHS bank contracts and supported the implementation of new contracts.
Tina joined Pulse in May 2019, where she now heads up our compliance teams across the UK. Tina is passionate about providing the best quality nurses and healthcare workers into the public and private sectors, ensuring our recruitment and compliance processes are of the highest quality.
