Mti is one of only a small number of organisations in Europe that offers Aluminium Salt Bath Brazing. This process is employed in the manufacture of Aluminium Enclosures, Aluminium Chassis, Aluminium Air and Liquid Cooled Cold Plates, and waveguides. Mti has two sites, the main factory and offices are in Watford, Hertfordshire and a satellite factory is located in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire. The Watford Factory concentrates on Mti's core business, which is Aluminium Salt Bath Dip Brazing and the Kings Langley Site specialises in Major Aerospace Programmes requiring components to be CNC Machined from solid aluminium... Mti is equipped with the latest Computer Measuring Machines (CMM). We can provide inspection reports with each component delivered. Our customers work with us to ensure appropriate First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRS) for all new programmes are delivered with an agreed level of production inspection reporting...
