I am the Managing Director of The Cuckfield Care Consultancy and The Responsible Person for The Warren Children's Home.
I qualified as a Social Worker in 1998 . I have worked in residential children's homes since 1983. I am closely involved in the management of the home and try hard to build trusting relationships with the young people who live at The Warren. I enjoy working with the young people and I have high hopes for them.
I Started working in an Observation and Assessment home in Luton . I have worked at every level from Support worker to senior management.
