Petlake Alpacas was founded in 2010 on the site of an existing farm, in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest National Park. We now run one of the larger herds in the area, with over 80 alpacas... Petlake Alpacas is a family run business, with family ties in the local parish going back to at least the 1800's. We also have a team of part time staff and volunteers. We provide work experience to a number of students, particularly those training for a career in agriculture or veterinary medicine. Several of our current volunteers are students at Sparsholt agricultural college... .Petlake offers alpaca walking experiences and animal feeding experiences. We can also cater to larger groups such as School and Youth groups, Hen parties, Special birthdays and anniversaries and also hold Company team building days and alpacas for sale, and stud services
