Amy Hennicker

​Amy is one of our Receptionists who, along with Kerrie, is responsible for providing a cheerful and helpful welcome to our clients and visitors. She is also responsible for looking after general office administration for the practice, ensuring we have the resources we need, when we need it.

Caroline Miller

Caroline is one of our Conveyancing Assistants. Caroline has extensive experience of working on and dealing with the administrative aspects of residential property transactions. She supports Saul and Sara in relation to all our residential property work. Caroline lives locally and is married with two children.

Dee Petanjek

Dee is a PA and Conveyancing Assistant. Dee has substantial experience in dealing with the administrative aspects of both residential and commercial property transactions and supports Saul and Sara in relation to all our property work, ensuring our response times and efficiency standards are market leading.

Graham Whitehouse

Graham is a highly regarded HR Manager and specialist Employment Law Solicitor. Before qualifying as a Solicitor, Graham worked as a HR Manager with the Ministry of Defence where he gained valuable experience of working within both the private and public sectors. Although originally from the Midlands, Graham has lived and worked in the South West for the last 20 years, where his no nonsense approach has earned him an excellent reputation. Graham has a great deal of experience of all areas of HR and employment law including dealing with complex TUPE, discrimination and restructuring cases. Graham also has a special interest in dealing with discrimination cases and in negotiating termination agreements. Graham acts on behalf of both employees and employers, including a wide range of national and internationally based companies such as SME's and larger Plc's working in the retail, manufacturing, transport and service sectors. Graham is a robust and skilled advocate and regularly presents cases in both the Employment Tribunal and in the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Notably Graham was the principle advocate in the leading Employment Appeal Tribunal case of The Southern Vectis Omnibus Company-v-Manning [2012], where he successfully overturned a claim for disability discrimination.

Heidi Woodyatt

Heidi is our Cashier, with responsibility for the financial management and reporting of the practice. She has a background in business financial management and has previously worked as a Legal Cashier. Heidi joined us in July 2021, as our continued growth meant that the cashiering and financial management duties needed a full-time person to keep everything in order.

Jackie Saunders

Jackie is Neil's Personal Assistant and helps him manage his varied case load of commercial and commercial property work, and some of the more unusual residential property work the practice gets involved with. Jackie has worked in the legal profession her entire career and has extensive knowledge of the operation of a law practice, having previously held a management position within a large local firm.

Neil Kernon

Neil started his working life as an engineer, developing and installing control projects within the steel industry. After a period spent as a project trouble-shooter in engineering, he decided to re-train and qualified as a Solicitor in 2002. Since then he has carried out a wide variety of legal work, making him versatile and effective in the advice he can provide. He founded the company (formerly called On Demand Lawyers Ltd) in 2007. His workload remains varied and includes commercial contract work, commercial leases, commercial and residential conveyancing, and private client work (Wills and Probate). He also handles our more unusual residential property matters. Neil lives with his partner in a very rural part of Dorset, which he now considers home. He is an enthusiastic crew member on a racing yacht and a member of Castle Cove Sailing Club in Portland Harbour, as well as being the club's Legal Officer. His home interests include painting miniature models and DIY, and he is also very active in village life.

Sara Jones

Sara is an experienced solicitor specialising in residential property work. She manages an extensive case load of sales, purchases, remortgages etc from our offices at 3 Greyhound Square

Sarah Dixon

Sarah is an experienced solicitor specialising in private client work. She provides advice and services in connection with Wills, Trust, Inheritance Tax planning and Powers of Attorney.

Saul Kelleher

Saul qualified as an Advocate in South Africa in 1999 and has previously owned both a live music venue and a recruitment business. He qualified as a Solicitor in the UK in 2010 and as a Solicitor-Advocate (Civil Proceedings) in 2011. Saul is a specialist litigator with the ability to represent you in all courts in civil proceedings. He has a particular specialism in property law providing a high quality residential conveyancing service alongside his litigation practice. He has experience in all types of commercial and civil litigation to include property disputes, contract and commercial disputes, debt collection, employment and professional negligence. He is also responsible for our very busy conveyancing team, and handles a substantial case load of residential property work. Saul is client driven and aims, alongside Neil, to provide a complete legal service to his clients. Saul is married with four children. He is a former Club Captain of North Dorset Rugby Football Club.
