Al duPont - Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer, Al leads RRD's U.S. Sales, Marketing, and Client Services organizations. He also heads up the Healthcare Solutions vertical and the ISG Telemarketing Group. This go-to-market group is the company's largest team driving sales efforts across RRD's integrated Business Services and Marketing Solutions segments. Prior to this role, Al served as RRD's Group President of Enterprise Solutions and Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales. Before joining RRD in 1992, Al was National Advertising Director at Hachette Filipacchi Media and started his career in sales at Xerox Corporation. Al has extensive experience in supporting Fortune 1000 companies and advising C-level executives with multichannel communications solutions.

Dave Houck - CIO, EVP

As Chief Information Officer, Dave is responsible for the company's global infrastructure and technology operations. He leads the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions, services, and business applications that maximize performance and optimize costs. Dave combines his business and technology expertise to align IT capabilities with corporate objectives and build a competitive advantage. He brings previous executive leadership experience to his role as the former CIO of LSC Communications. Prior to that, his history with RRD spans over a decade. He oversaw the strategic planning, investments, and portfolio management within the IT organization across multiple business platforms within RRD.

Deborah Steiner

Deb provides instructional leadership to these areas, manages all Board and governance matters, and runs RRD's ethics and compliance program. Prior to joining RRD in 2012, Deb spent nearly seven years working in government, primarily as a federal prosecutor. She also conducted internal investigations, managed complex litigation, and defended white-collar defendants for seven years at Latham & Watkins.

Drew Coxhead - CFO

Prior to rejoining RRD as Chief Financial Officer in 2022, Drew served as Chief Accounting Officer of Covetrus since August 2021, and as Chief Financial Officer of LSC Communications from 2016 to 2020. In his previous experience at RRD, Drew held a number of leadership roles in finance and operations, including Chief Accounting Officer. Drew started his career at Price Waterhouse, providing audit, accounting, and business advisory services to multinational manufacturing and consumer product companies.

Elaine Lintecum

Elaine Lintecum is an experienced board member and accomplished financial executive with 32 years of experience in the media industry. Her career reflects a track record leading a state-of-art financial organization and executing M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle. She also brings a deep understanding of corporate governance, is a qualified financial expert, and is an experienced audit and compensation committee member. As the CFO of The McClatchy Company, Elaine was instrumental in transforming the company from a small, private company to a publicly-traded digital media company serving 30 markets in 14 states. She was responsible for obtaining funding for successful acquisitions and executing sales transactions to develop a dynamic and diversified portfolio of media businesses in attractive markets. Elaine serves on the Board of Directors of the River City Bank (RCB); a $3.6 billion bank located in Sacramento, CA, and serves on RCB's Audit, Governance and Compensation, Loan and IT Committees. For eight years Elaine served on the board of The Seattle Times Company (Audit Committee), owner of the second largest newspaper on the West Coast, The Seattle Times, as well as other newspapers in the state of Washington. Elaine started her career at Deloitte Haskins and Sells, predecessor to Deloitte & Touche LLP, serving for seven and half years with increasing responsibilities in Deloitte's audit practice. Elaine also has executive training in Finance and Investor Relations from Stanford University and the University of Michigan, respectively. Prior to graduating with distinction with a BS degree in accounting from California State University, (Chico) Ms. Lintecum was a member of the U.S. Army for two years, rising to the rank of Specialist 4.

Elif Sagsen-Ercel

As the President of BCS, Elif leads a cross-functional team from sales to operations including 6 production facilities, serving an elite list of clients to create, manage, deliver, and optimize transactional communications. Elif joined RRD in June 2018 as the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and held the responsibility to drive RRD's transformational growth strategy and oversee the strategic planning process for each of RRD's businesses. Prior to joining RRD, Elif served as the Vice President of Strategy for Fortune Brands. She also held leadership roles in strategy and business development at Hillshire Brands and Sara Lee Corporation. Elif also has several years of global consulting experience, most recently with Booz & Company.

Evan Ratner

Evan Ratner is a portfolio manager and the head of research at Chatham Asset Management, and is currently a director of Accelerate360, a leading distribution company. Mr. Ratner has had a 30-year career in finance, beginning as a financial analyst in Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking group focusing on financial institutions. Mr. Ratner then joined DLJ/Credit Suisse, where he would work for 18 years in investment banking, high yield research, and distressed research, most recently as a Managing Director and Head of Distressed Research. In this capacity he hired and trained nearly all members of the distressed research team and ran the vendor finance business for four years. After Credit Suisse purchased DLJ in 2000, Mr. Ratner continued to head the distressed team until leaving for an event driven hedge fund, Darmel Management, in mid-2002 where he was the Distressed Portfolio Manager. He returned to Credit Suisse the following year and resumed his role as the head of Distressed Research before leaving to join Chatham in 2009. Mr. Ratner earned an M.B.A. in finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in 1991 as well as a B.A. in economics from Columbia College in 1985.

Gene Castagna

Gene Castagna is an experienced executive and corporate board director, with over 35 years of experience in leadership, strategy, finance, and operational roles. His Fortune 500 public company experience as President, COO and CFO, and deep P&L management deliver critical expertise to the boardroom as a Qualified Financial Expert (QFE). Mr. Castagna has helped teams navigate multiple stages of growth, M&A, leadership transitions, business model changes, and global crises. He has a broad depth of experience helping companies manage ongoing change. He specializes in omni-channel environments, implementing scaled transformation programs, and executing business acquisitions and integrations. He is also skilled in raising capital in the public market, optimizing SG&A, and communicating effectively with investors. Mr. Castagna was an active participant in Bed Bath and Beyond board discussions for 25 years. He participated in financial results, strategy, M&A, shareholder activism, compensation, governance, and capital structure. He was considered a trusted leader and advisor. He has a B.S. in accounting from Wake Forest University and is a licensed CPA in the State of North Carolina.

Jeffrey K. Dorsey

Jeffrey K. Dorsey is Chief Operating Officer for McClatchy Company, a Sacramento CA, based publishing company operating several newspapers and digital based assets. Mr. Dorsey started his employment with McClatchy in September 2020 serving as SVP of Transformation. Prior to starting with McClatchy, Mr. Dorsey was President of Dass Inc, a management/technology consulting and solutions delivery firm. Mr. Dorsey has nearly 20 years of media related business experience, having served in numerous cross-functional middle-to-senior level management roles. He worked at Tribune Company and Tribune Publishing Company as Chief Information Officer and SVP from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Dorsey holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in industrial management from Purdue University. He also is a former Certified Internal Auditor. Mr. Dorsey has served on several not-for-profit boards and United Way agencies. He is currently the board chair for Young, Beautiful & Proud (YBP) Inc. YBP is a nonprofit agency committed to the social enrichment of at-risk teenage girls.

Morton Schapiro

Morton Schapiro is executive vice president and senior advisor at TWG Global as of September 2022. He also became president emeritus of Northwestern University on September 2022, after serving as the 16th president from September 2009. He is a professor of economics in Northwestern's Judd A. and Marjorie Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences and also holds appointments in the J. L. Kellogg School of Management and the School of Education and Social Policy. President Schapiro is among the nation's leading authorities on the economics of higher education. His particular expertise is in the area of college financing, affordability, and trends in educational costs and student aid. Previously he was president of Williams College from 2000 to 2009. He had served earlier as a member of the Williams College faculty from 1980 to 1991 as professor of economics and assistant provost. In 1991 he went to the University of Southern California, where he served as chair of the Department of Economics until 1994 and then as dean of the College of Letters, Arts and Sciences until 2000. During his last two years as dean, he also served as the university's vice president for planning. President Schapiro has written more than 100 articles and written or edited ten books. These include his most recent book, Minds Wide Shut: How the New Fundamentalisms Divide Us (with Gary Saul Morson, Princeton University Press, 2021); Cents and Sensibility: What Economics Can Learn from the Humanities (with Gary Saul Morson, Princeton University Press, 2017); The Student Aid Game: Meeting Need and Rewarding Talent in American Higher Education (with Michael McPherson, Princeton University Press, 1998); and Keeping College Affordable: Government and Educational Opportunity (with Michael McPherson, Brookings Institution, 1991). He has also authored dozens of essays and commentaries for the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Chronicle of Higher Education and numerous other publications. He has received numerous research grants and contracts to study the economics of higher education and related topics. These include: the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of Education, the World Bank, the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the Spencer Foundation, the College Board, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and other groups. In 2010 he was elected a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and in 2017 he was elected to the National Academy of Education.

Pat Pericht

Roshan M. Karingada

Roshan M. Karingada is a Senior Research Analyst at Chatham Asset Management, focused on Chatham's investments in the telecom, cable, media, and satellite sectors. Mr. Karingada has over 13 years of experience in finance and has held various banking and trading roles throughout his career. Prior to joining Chatham in 2018, Mr. Karingada was a credit analyst on Citigroup's Distressed Trading Desk in New York. Before that, he worked in banking at Citi's Institutional Clients Group covering financial institutions, and in trading at Citi Holdings. The latter is a special unit housing distressed assets that tightly managed risks and losses and maximized asset value post-2008. Mr. Karingada earned a B.A. in economics from Northwestern University.

Thomas J. Quinlan, III - CEO, President

Mr. Quinlan is a seasoned executive with significant experience leading and growing business-to-business manufacturing and services companies. He is deeply familiar with RRD and the print and digital marketing and business communications industries. Mr. Quinlan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of RRD from 2007 to 2016. He was then Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of LSC Communications from 2016 to 2020 following its spin-off from RRD. Tom Quinlan has extensive experience in executive roles at commercial print and marketing services companies. He has specialized expertise in rebranding traditional businesses and pivoting physical content into the digital space by leveraging digital marketing, data analytics, business intelligence, and data management solutions. As CEO of R.R. Donnelley (2007 to 2016) and LSC Communications (2016 to 2020), he has led companies through challenging business cycles by transforming, growing, and recapitalizing business-to-business manufacturing and services businesses. With deep financial expertise and experience serving as CFO for R.R. Donnelley (2006 to 2007), he successfully generated cash flow and value for stakeholders through repositioning, share gains, and expanding capabilities. He has also overseen restructurings, over 50 acquisitions and integrations, spin-offs and divestitures, and capital markets strategies. Mr. Quinlan holds an M.B.A. in finance from St. John's University and a B.S. in business administration from Pace University.
