Andy Smith - Terry's son - has run the Glebe Quarry since 2003. He is responsible for the day to day running of the business which includes the extraction and processing operations as well as the logistics and customer service.
Terry has over 50 years of experience in the mining and quarrying industry. His main responsibilities are the strategic planning and growth of the business as well as overseeing the company finances.
