Working toward an MFA in Design, researching dynamic media at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design... My eCommerce work centers on experiences that enhance the customer journey in-person and on the web. I focus on mobile-first, responsive design that is accessible and inclusive. My work draws on my experiences as a front-end developer and communication designer, as well my training in photography, copy writing, and project management... Each project is unique but they all begin with thoughtful brainstorming, researching, sketching, and prototyping. I work with a team of graphic designers and developers from around the world to implement my wireframes. After an experience has been delivered, I utilize qualitative and quantitative usability testing to learn from, and improve each experience.
