Lisa was born and raised in Tampa, FL. She began working for Arrow Title in 2012, focusing on short sale processing. After years of experience with title processing, she has worked her way up to become one of our skilled closers. Lisa truly enjoys working with and helping people. Her calm spirit and patient demeanor are definitely an asset to all parties in a transaction. She enjoys cake decorating and adventuring with her two wonderful children, Emma and Oliver, in her spare time.
Missy was born in raised in Land O' Lakes, FL, and was welcomed to our team in September of 2021 as our newest title processor. She is a great addition to our team, having 7 years' experience in customer service with Publix Groceries, as well as over 4 years' experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. Missy enjoys cooking and baking in her spare time, as well as spending lots of quality time with her daughter Scarlett, and husband Travis.

Nikki is a Florida native who has worked in title since 2009. Beginning her career as a processor and working her way up to closings as a licensed title agent, she now has 1000+ signings under her belt, making her our closer extraordinaire and now our office manager. In her free time, she loves to travel, explore the great outdoors, and make lifelong memories with her two children, Mya and Jacob.
Formerly an elementary school teacher, Paige has owned Arrow Title since 2009. She also works as a licensed P&C agent with her husband, Brian, at ABC Dennis Insurance. Her main role is office manager and bookkeeper for both businesses. Paige enjoys spending time with Brian, their children and now grandchildren. She is very involved with her church family and loves to scrapbook and to feed a crowd!

Tamara, was born and raised in Tampa. Always on the go, Tamara provides mobile closing services for the convenience of our clients. When she isn't on the road for closings, you will find her visiting local real estate offices to make sure we are "on target for you". Tamara is a mom to four children, making her a master multi-tasker! She has a passion for Music and a degree in music education.
