Based primarily in the Pitstone and Tring area, Beacon Pilates specialise in offering a comprehensive suite of well-being classes aimed at the reluctant exerciser as well as the dedicated enthusiast. We have a number of Pilates classes to suit differing abilities from the complete beginner to hardened and advanced regulars. Classes are structured and progressive, allowing each individual to advance at their own pace while enjoying a combination of mat-work, ball and wobble-board..
