Hello, I'm Chloe and I have been part of the Bridge Vet team for 5 years but have helped out for nearly 15. I enjoy consulting and meeting clients and their animals. I live in West Wales with my black labrador called Milo, you will regularly see us on the local beaches exploring!
I graduated from Edinburgh vet school in 2007 having already completed a degree in genetics in Cardiff.
I joined the Bridge vets as a new graduate and have been part of the team ever since.
Having lived in Cardiff for 10 years I moved back home to Pontllanfraith in 2018. I spend my time caring for a my grumpy cat Tigger and an expanding Mischief of rats

Hello I'm Liz! I joined the practice in 2023 as a part time receptionist at the Brynmawr surgery.
In the past I have worked as an RVN, but took some time out to pursue other things. I have two French bulldogs named Otis and Hugo and a sassy toddler!

Hello, I'm Gemma. I started at Bridge Vets in 2012 and have been part of the furniture since! My job role is to deal with all things admin and I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. At home, I have a very spoilt black cockapoo named Annie.

Hi, my name is Gemma. I work part time and absolutely love seeing all the different animals that walk through the door. In my spare time I enjoy reading and listening to music and I am a mum to two dogs, three cats, 2 gerbils, and a goldfish.

I qualified in 1985 in South Africa and after spending 2 years as a military vet, gaining experience primarily with horses, I worked for a year at the PDSA in South Africa getting extensive surgical experience. I have been with Bridge Vets since 1988 and have a specific interest in all surgery, primarily orthopaedic and soft tissue, particularly tumour removal. When not working I enjoy walking my dogs, doing blacksmithing, working with wood and spending time with my grandson and family.
Hello , I'm Heidi. I qualified as a vet in 2009 from Bristol University and went onto work in mixed practice leading the 'James Herriot' life until the arrival of my twins.
I graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2023 and have been working as a small animal vet at Bridge since. I enjoy all aspects of first opinion practice with particular interests in diagnostic imaging and soft tissue surgery and look forward to developing these areas as I progress through my career.

My name is Magdalena, I was born in Poland and graduated from University of Warmia and Mazury in 2015. The same year I moved to the United Kingdom and was accepted as a member of the RCVS which allowed me to work here as a veterinary surgeon. I joined the Bridge Vets team in 2018 and have been happily working here since. My favourite thing about being a vet is meeting new people and animals. I like to spend my free time with my family and pets: two bunnies called Mango and Charlotte and a cockatiel called Pretzel.

Hi, I'm Stacey.
I started at Bridge Vets in 2019 as a nursing assistant.
My goal is to become a fully qualified nurse.

I qualified in 1993 from the Royal veterinary College. I joined the practice in 1996 and became a partner in 2000. My clinical interests are medicine, imaging (mainly ultrasound) and behaviour. I gained a certificate in advanced veterinary practice (small animal medicine) from the RCVS in 2015. I love continuing to expand my knowledge of veterinary medicine.
In my spare time I love to walk my two terriers, spend time gardening and growing my own fruit and veg, various watersports such as sailing and canoeing and outdoor swimming. I also have a cat and four ducks and many, many honeybees!
I moved to Wales and joined the practice in 2017 after completing my training at the Royal Veterinary College in London. Whilst I enjoy many areas of general practice I particularly enjoy Dentistry and Surgery and am currently studying for a post graduate certificate in Ophthalmology. When not working I am a keen martial artist and enjoy getting out in the hills with my wife and our dog.
