The main function of the Building Control Partnership is to ensure that building works are undertaken in accordance with the technical standards covering the design and construction of buildings referred to in the Building Regulations 2000 (amended)... Our friendly helpful team of highly qualified Building Control Surveyors and administration officers provide impartial advice and assistance to the public, agents, architects, builders, developers, and other professionals on matters relating to the Building Regulations and other services. These include dangerous structures inspection and resolution, access advice and control of demolition works. We are a Partnership providing services on behalf of Fareham Borough Council, Gosport Borough Council and Portsmouth City Council.
