Chester, Vermont is a great place to build. This addition required a fair amount of site work. Chester, Vermont has one of the most beautiful downtown areas in all of Vermont. Burns & Associates has had the privilege of designing and constructing homes in this wonderful town. It has been an honor to shape the landscape of Chester Vermont. This addition took careful planning due to the setbacks and landscape. We were able to expertly fit this addition into the landscape. This project gave this family the extra space they needed to make this a primary residence. A common trend that we are seeing is families deciding to make their vacation house into their full time residence. Burns & Associates designed and built this addition to suit the families need for space.

Doug brings over twenty years of building experience to Burns & Associates and is committed to working with you every step of the way. Doug Burns is President and founder of Burns & Associates. He brings over thirty years of experience to every project. Doug graduated from Boston University with a degree in engineering in 1968. He received his MBA from Suffok University thereafter. Doug is an avid skier and enjoys traveling.

Custom built out of western red pine, this wine cellar can house 1,300 bottles of wine in a temperature controlled environment. The pleasant, decor multiple lighting options makes it a enjoyable place to sample delicious wines from across the globe.

Ryan Burns is Vice President and Co Owner of Burns & Associates. He has been a part of the company for fifteen years or much longer if you consider high school and college summer employment Ryan was raised in Bedford, Massachusetts spending a much of his free time in Ludlow, Vermont. He attended high school at Rivers, in Weston Massachusetts and graduated from Boston College in 2000. While an undergraduate, he met his wife Jeanne who was also a student there. He loves to ski, hike and play golf. In May of 2010, Ryan became a new father. Ryan Burns is Vice President of Burns & Associates. He has been a part of the company for fifteen years.
