Gemma is an experienced Healthcare professional who has over 6 years' experience in the business. Gemma's role in the team is to work with members both on renewals and new business. Gemma prides herself on good customer outcomes and strong retention results. Understanding customer needs and building relationships with CLA members is high on Gemma's priorities. Gemma will support all areas of policy servicing though new business, claims assistance and renewal advice. Mia is an experienced Business Development Executive and re-joined CLA Healthcare over 2 years ago. Her main role is to support CLA members in all aspects of healthcare benefits across individual and company schemes. She enjoys building strong relationships with our members whilst taking the time to understand their needs and sourcing the right solution for them.
Peter is responsible for managing all new enquires and a portfolio of CLA business accounts. He has been with the healthcare business for well over 10 years, and has worked within Financial Services for over 38 years. He is a highly skilled and experienced healthcare adviser who provides a personal service to his clients.
Richard leads our SME and Consumer Healthcare divisions and is Director of CLA Healthcare. Richard was integral in setting up our partnership with the CLA over 15 years ago, and played an essential role in the creation and launch of CLA Healthcare only a few years later. He's an experienced senior executive with over 20 years' experience in both the insurance and health services sectors and specialises in business partnership relations and business development
Rob manages the CLA Healthcare team in Baildon. He has worked as an operation manager in large insurance brokers for almost 25 years, all with trade association and Affinity relationships. Rob bring with him experiences across a range of insurance sectors working with clients of all sizes from consumers to multi-billion pound turnover global businesses. He is proud to be part of a specialist employee benefits team that continues to grow and support our client needs year on year.
Suzanne has been with the company for over 25 years. She has experience in advising on a wide range of benefit and protection products. Suzanne's main role now is dealing with CLA clients healthcare policies both renewals and new business. Suzanne's priority for her clients is to ensure that they have the right cover for their needs and budget. Suzanne supports with all areas of policy servicing including assistance with claims disputes, complaints or just general conversations about your healthcare.
