Mr. Wayne joined the firm in 2022. Prior to Court Square, Mr. Wayne focused on consumer and retail investments as a Principal at CCMP Capital, which he joined in 2011. Previously, he was in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Tewkesbury joined the firm in 2022. He assists in the daily operations of the management company, and reviews fund reporting. Prior to joining Court Square, Mr. Tewkesbury was a financial statement auditor at RSM US LLP.

Ms. Liu joined the firm in 2020. Prior to Court Square, Ms. Liu worked as an associate at GI Partners where she invested in healthcare companies and as an analyst in investment banking at PJ Solomon. Ms. Liu received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Biology, magna cum laude, from the College of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Starzec joined the firm in 2022. She assists in the daily operations of the management company and reviews fund reporting. Prior to joining Court Square, Ms. Starzec was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP in financial services. Ms. Starzec received her B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University - New Brunswick. Ms. Starzec is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Greenfield joined Court Square as a Partner in 2013 and transitioned to an Executive Advisor in 2020. He has over thirty years of technology experience and has served in various senior executive capacities across the industry. Between 2007 and 2013, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Avid. Prior to Avid, Mr. Greenfield was CEO of GXS from 2003 to 2007. During the same period, he also served as an Operating Partner with the technology-focused private equity firm Francisco Partners. Previously, Mr. Greenfield served as CEO of Peregrine Systems and as President and CEO of MERANT (formerly INTERSOLV).
He currently serves on the board of directors of ANCILE Solutions, Canto, Dynata, Encompass, Euna Solutions, Donnelly Financial Solutions, Thrive and was formerly a director of AFS Technologies, Avid, Diebold Nixdorf, Epocrates, GXS, Rocket Software, and Vocus. Mr. Huang joined the firm in 2004. Prior to joining Court Square, Mr. Huang was a financial analyst in Citigroup's Taiwan office.

Mr. Highet has been a member of the Investment Team since 1998. Lee Partners. Mr. Hermann serves on the boards of Drew Marine and the Paper Mill Playhouse.

Mr. Hilzinger has been a member of the Investment Team since 2007. Previously, he spent 16 years in various executive management capacities with AmerisourceBergen Corporation serving as President and Chief Operating Officer and earlier as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure with AmerisourceBergen he also served on its board of Directors as well as Chairman of the Healthcare Distribution Association (HDA). Prior to AmerisourceBergen Corporation, he held various positions with Citicorp Investment Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Currently, Mr. Hilzinger is Chairman of Humana Inc. Prior to joining Court Square, he held private equity Operating Partner and VP Finance roles working hand in hand with C-suite executives on reporting transparency, EBITDA improvements, working capital reductions, and problem resolution across manufacturing, transportation, distribution and consumer product companies.
Mr. LeTourneau received a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State and earned his CPA from the state of Michigan.
Mr. Gregor joined the firm in 2020 after working in the M&A and Cross Markets Groups at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Gregor received a B.A. in Philosophy and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
