Our aim is to make the experience as enjoyable as possible for your pet. Puppies are gradually introduced to the noises and equipment and given time to get accustomed to each part of the process. Play time is also allowed when they start to get bored or fidgety - after all, we want them to come back to us again. Older dogs are also given special treatment as we are aware that with arthritis or bad backs standing for long periods of time may be uncomfortable, so we work around their needs. We cater for small to medium dogs (Yorkshire Terrier or Chihuahua to Border Collie, Labrador or Labradoodle and all sizes in between) but can do certain processes on larger dogs - please ask...
