She also tried to draw on her iPad but the smaller iPhone screen suited her better. As a former teacher, Wallace always advocated the advantages of drawing on smaller areas. Big is not always better. Small is quicker and therefore you can build up a portfolio quicker which enables self confidence to grow - and small is easier to store and carry... Using the iPhone like an electronic easel, Wallace has now produced a large collection of drawings and quick sketches. Each image took about 1-5 minutes to draw... Then she heard about digital printing fabric, glass, ceramic and rug companies. This meant she had to get her head around photoshop. But tenacity won the day. And now she has converted her drawings into fabric, cushions, glass, wallpaper, papers and ceramics.
