He earned a Master of Engineering Management degree in 2015 from Duke University. Mr. Mc-Glamery brings over 16 years of experience in design engineering, field engineering, construction management, and project management to the firm. He has worked on a wide range of design and construction projects in the residential, commercial, healthcare, higher education, federal government, and industrial sectors.

Mr. Drye is a co-founder and managing principal of Drye-McGlamery Engineering and licensed professional engineer in the State of North Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio, Virginia, Maine, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Texas. Mr. Drye graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from North Carolina State University in 2008. He finished his graduate studies in 2011 at his alma mater earning a Master of Civil Engineering degree. Mr. Drye has been in the engineering and construction industry for over 18 years. Mr. Drye has a vast amount of field experience including masonry, concrete, field engineering and project management. He has worked on a large variety of project types including commercial, multi-family residential, hotel and lodging, federal, department of defense, education, industrial and pharmaceutical.

Lawson has been working at Drye-McGlamery since completing his undergraduate degree. He has experience in a variety of projects in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Stephanie is a highly skilled and dedicated office manager with extensive experience in overseeing administrative operations. With a proven track record of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, Stephanie is an integral part of Drye-McGlamery office in Concord, North Carolina. Her educational background has equipped her with a strong foundation in organizational management, communication skills, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently. She is known for her exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
