Five State Land Services was formed in February, 2000 to provide Land, Environmental and Right of Way support services for oil, gas and pipeline operations in the five state region. Although we have resources available in many areas, our primary focus is in Western Kansas and the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles. Many of the brokers serving this area come long distances requiring high mileage and boarding expenses. We live in the area with the ability to provide quick and accurate results at a lower cost to you. Remote locations can also be reached at a moments notice using our airplane for those jobs that need immediate attention... Five State Land offers a broad experience base to provide you with the best service available. There is no job too large or too small. For larger jobs, we provide daily progress and spending reports posted to a secure (password protected) area on this site. We also have electronic commerce capabilities.
