Bringing FSB's extensive aviation planning, design and engineering expertise to the table, Brian has an innate understanding of aircraft maintenance and operations. Aviation clients turn to him for their toughest operational challenges. From programming through construction, Brian's hands-on and collaborative leadership style enables him to build consensus in the most challenging, fast-track environments.
A dedicated mentor to the next generation of engineering professionals, Brian is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and has served its Central Oklahoma Chapter both on the Board of Governors and as Chair of the Sustainability Committee.

Emily Avery has been results driven ever since joining FSB. Over her tenure she has transformed into a financial & accounting leader, with a major focus on cost savings and mitigating financial risks. Emily and her team manage invoicing, accounts payable, account reconciliation and company licensure. She also has extensive knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards.

Gene Brown is President and CEO of FSB Architects + Engineers, responsible for overall strategic plan and operational performance of each of the firm's market sectors. He will continue to play a critical role in fostering client relationships, including key federal clients. With twenty-five years' experience at FSB, Gene brings a distinct appreciation for FSB's employees and their families. He has a strong understanding of FSB's values and culture, having held various positions within the firm including as a structural engineer and project manager on many FSB projects and more recently as Federal Market Sector Principal.
Having been an FSB shareholder since 2016, Gene has helped build an Architectural-Engineering firm that has grown from being known as Oklahoma's largest A-E firm to one that now reaches beyond our coasts.
Gene's leadership has resulted in high-profile project honors for FSB's design team including Outstanding Project of the Year Award from the National Council of Structural Engineers Associations, Federal Energy and Wastewater Management Award and many DoD Honor, Citation and Merit Awards. Recently appointed by the Governor, Brown also serves on the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, and he serves on the OSU School of Architecture Professional Advisory Council.

She develops and leads strategic planning and growth initiatives and is responsible for marketing and communication. Working with principals and firm leadership, Laure helps establish connections, identify business opportunities, market diverse services and explore new markets. She also serves as a mentor, preparing future leaders within the firm.
The first woman named to FSB's leadership as an Associate, Laure is now also the first woman Principal of the firm. She is a Trustee for the Board of Regents at Rose State College and a Journal Record Woman of the Year honoree. She also served as Chairman of Governor Mary Fallin's Feeding Oklahoma program, an initiative which has raised money to provide more than 15 million meals to hungry Oklahomans.
Lisa has over 25 years' experience and a proven track record in client service management and business development for DoD and federal and civilian clients. She is a military veteran and understands that the mission is paramount and is committed to providing our warfighters only the best in operational facilities.
With this understanding of the unique requirements of government facilities, Lisa is passionate about building teams that are committed to providing all our Federal clients quality projects on time and on budget.
