Mr. Gramling is an environmental and energy law attorney, whose practice focuses exclusively on the business, government and institutional applications of environmental, energy, and land use law and regulation. He is also certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Mediator in all judicial circuits of Florida. Mr. Gramling is a life-long resident of the Tampa Bay area and is committed to serving the community.

Joshua C. Coldiron - Chairman

Mr. Coldiron is a senior associate attorney with Gramling Environmental Law, P.A. He started at Gramling Environmental Law in 2012. He received his B.A. in environmental studies from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2008 and his J.D. in 2012 from the Nova Southeastern University - Shepard Broad Law Center (Ft. Lauderdale, Florida). Mr. Coldiron currently serves as Chair-Elect and Co-Chair of the CLE Committee for the Executive Council of the Florida Bar Environmental and Land Use Law Section. In 2019, Mr. Coldiron received the Stephens/Register Award from the Environmental and Land Use Law Section of the Florida Bar, recognizing a member of the Executive Council who provided outstanding leadership for the Section. Mr. Coldiron was also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association's 2018-2019 Leadership Institute Class. Mr. Coldiron is a resident of the greater Tampa Bay area and is committed to serving the community and local charities. Ryan C. Stocks Summer

Mr. Stocks is a summer associate with Gramling Environmental Law, P.A. He received his B.B.A. in economics and international business as well as a minor in environmental economics and management from the University of Georgia. While a student at the University of Georgia, Mr. Stocks was heavily involved with the UGA Office of Sustainability and the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, as well as several other student organizations. He also conducted research and wrote a thesis on the topic of renewable energy support policies and their economic impact on the United States.
