Abbie is a university student, studying to become a qualified registered nurse. Abbie joined the company in 2020 as a carer and was quickly promoted to a more senior role. Abbie is very passionate and thorough about providing excellent levels of care and has also recently taken on the role of part time compliance officer to excel our high care standards.

Eleni Burden

Eleni has over 25 year's experience in the care industry and has trained 100's of employees in the domiciliary care sector. She joined the branch in 2023 and has a hands-on approach with her team to achieve an outstanding level to reflect our reputation, she is keen to implement new ideas and enjoys meeting our clients.

Jayde Simpson

Job Titles:
  • Administration Manager
Jayde joined GoldLeaf in 2018, bringing with her 16 years of customer service and admin experience as well as her care background. Based at the Waltham Abbey branch as our Administration Manager, Jayde handles all administrative tasks, HR, payroll, and compliance, as well as support to the rest of the office team and care staff.

Jodie Allan

Jodie has successfully grown her career with the company and achieved championship training qualifications. She is the senior carer and is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing operations processes, working alongside the manager. Jodie has 5 years + domiciliary care experience and loves a challenge.

Laura Clay

  • Registered Branch Manager
Laura joined GoldLeaf in 2018 as our Waltham Abbey Branch Manager. Laura has a career spanning 20 years in care, nursing, and management. Laura is also the branch training manager and trains all staff in house at our Waltham Abbey branch. Laura's experience enables her to productively run the Waltham Abbey branch and provide the best quality care to our clients.

Mandeesh Nandhra

Since graduating from university, Mandeesh has a passion to provide and develop care services, which make a different to people's lives. When his family developed their care home in 1986, Mandeesh was fortunate to work alongside his father to develop innovative ideas going forward. With over 15 years' experience in managing health care businesses in Bedfordshire, Essex, and Hertfordshire, Mandeesh has developed his business for clients to receive high quality standards and professional care in the comfort of their own home and is always keen to implement new and fresh ideas for the future.

Sally Taylor

Job Titles:
  • Field Care Supervisor
Sally joined the office team in 2018, she has excellent communication skills, and oversees assessments and reviews for both service users and staff. Sally started her care career after moving back to the UK from Spain in 2009. During Sally's career she has gained her Level 2 QCF (Qualifications and Credit Framework), as well as other qualifications, and is a very dedicated and competent member of the team.
