Abida is a recent Business Graduate. She is a Senior Administrator for Grossdale Care Agency. Abida is responsible for the day to day running of the office and is responsible for a range of financial tasks, such as invoicing. She oversees the administrative functions of the business, as well as providing additional support to the Registered Manager and Care Services Manager. She has good management, interpersonal and IT skills. Abida attends workshops and liaises with professional bodies to stay abreast of developments in the care field.
Abida enjoys all aspects of her work and working as part of the Grossdale Care team.
Josephine started her care career as a Care Worker in 1995 and progressed to being employed as a Care Manager with BUPA Care Homes. Josephine worked as a Care Manager for ten years prior to being employed as Registered Manager with Grossdale Care Agency. She developed experience in Dementia Care; Mental Health Conditions; Elderly Conditions and Physical Disability.
Josephine has Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services Adults' Management.
Josephine has a particular interest in Dementia Care, Elderly Conditions and is a Facilitator for Best Practice in Person Centred Care.
Monica has a background as a Care Worker and a Personal Assistant. Her role with Grossdale Care Agency involves supporting care workers to assist in the provision of a different care services. She acts as an Advocate for care workers, enabling them to express their feelings and opinions about their role. Monica works with care workers and individuals to enable individuals to attain their full potential and maximise their options.
Monica has Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Violet has been working in social care since 2012. She has a background as a Senior Caseworker within housing and social care, involving families, vulnerable adults and young people This role involved assessing, interviewing and reviewing clients and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
Violet has a LLB Law Degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Advice and Paralegal Work. She has skills in understanding legislation, policies and procedures. Violet has acquired skills in drafting, advocacy and research.
Violet has completed NVQ Level 3 and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services Adults' Management.
Violet has Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment. She is a Health and Social Care Assessor with Grossdale Vocational Institute. Violet is a Stroke Trainer accredited by The Stroke Association. Violet's role involves ensuring that care staff are trained in Short Health and Social Care Courses (safeguarding, infections control and moving and positioning) and National Qualifications (RQF)
