Gary started in the building industry thirty years ago working within the civil engineering sector before moving to the construction side of the industry, in a self employed and employed capacity, as a Site, Project and Contracts manager, whilst becoming a member of CIOB, after which he undertook an MSc in Quantity Surveying. The commercial element of managing projects has always played an important and prevalent part...
