JAMMERY

The Jammery is our preserve making business based in the Assynt crofting community of Culkein Stoer, in the North West Highlands of Scotland. Shortly after we re-located to Culkein in 2010, we began making preserves from our croft house, initially to sell from our roadside honesty box and at the Made In Assynt craft & produce markets in nearby Lochinver... We expanded the operation over the next few years and now run the business from our seaside cabin and produce our food preserves on site in our purpose fitted catering kitchen... Hand made jams preserves, unique crafts gifts, all produced in our coastal cabin in Culkein, Assynt in the North West Highlands.
