Keen Property Services was established in 2001 offering a personal friendly service to Southampton, Portsmouth and surrounding areas... With our experience and expertise we can offer, in addition to the general kitchen and bathroom installation, all aspects of construction works required to achieve your desired designs. This includes, extensions, taking down supporting walls and the fitting of steel lintels (with the required Building Regulations and engineering calculations), studwall fabrication, plastering, tape and jointing, wall and floor tiling, timber and laminate flooring, underfloor heating, painting and decorating, plumbing and electrical works. If we require Gas safe and NIC certified works we have qualified sub-contractors we can call on when necessary... A great deal of our new business is generated by recommendations from satisfied customers and from suppliers like "Easy Bathrooms" with whom we are one of their recommended contractors.
