Kevin is also proud to serve as Secretary of the Foxborough Founder's Day Planning Committee, helping to preserve and to perpetuate an annual celebration of town, community, and civic pride now in its thirty-first year... From 2011 to 2014, Kevin served as a member of the Town Of Foxborough Advisory (Finance) Committee. In this capacity, he dealt with a broad range of budgetary and policy issues, including municipal contracts, zoning and by-law changes, an ongoing library expansion, an intermunicipal water/sewer service agreement, and a tax increment financing proposal. The same research skills that Kevin uses in his practice proved instrumental in briefing the Committee and the Town on these and other issues arising in the governance of a New England Town... Today, Kevin serves as a member of the Town Of Foxborough Board Of Recreation, which has oversight over all recreational facilities and programs in the Town.
