It is maintained at a blistering 900+ degrees. Our dough is made daily in-house using imported Caputo flour, used by the most highly rated pizzerias in Naples. In keeping with tradition, we use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, including fresh Fior Di Latte Mozzarella, Mozzarella Di Bufala Campagna D.O.P., Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt and San Marzano tomatoes.
