The Klun Solutions silo system is the most efficient and effective sand delivery system in the industry today. We optimize our system by using a gravity-feed method, which plugs directly into the blender's hopper. This eliminates all the moving parts that are always prone to malfunction. We also maintain the smallest footprint of any other operating system today by feeding directly into the hopper... All gates and stingers are operated using electric motors. The Klun Solutions Sand System also has built-in manual override features; thus allowing the operator to take control of the silos manually if the event of an electrical issue arises. We have the ability to deliver sand into the hopper and keep the job going, even if the system has no power. An issue that has yet to arise.
