Krav Maga focuses on real-world situations, using a combination of techniques sourced from boxing, wrestling, thai boxing, judo, and other realistic fighting systems. We take simple and practical techniques from these fighting disciplines and develop them to emphasise aggression and brutal counter-attacks.
